Peter Laws

Co-founder of LLF Ltd, Peter was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1979 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries.

Positions Held in the Life Assurance Industry:

Peter worked at an executive level for a multinational insurance company where he had wide ranging responsibilities, before becoming an independent consultant.
He has a lot of experience which includes everything from accounting, investment, portfolio transfers to systems implementations, all of which having been successful and on time.


Loic Le Foll

Co-founder of LLF Ltd, Loic is a Fellow of the Federation Francaise des Actuaires (France), an affiliate of the Institute of Actuaries (England) and a member of the Association Luxembourgeoise des Actuaires (Luxembourg).

Positions Held in the Life Assurance Industry:

Loic spent several years at a senior level in various actuarial departments throughout Europe to become Senior Project Actuary within a top three multinational insurance company, before creating LLF Ltd with Peter.
He has a wide experience gained through many successful projects worlwide, which includes everything from products design, strategic and corporate planning, to the complete project management of various implementations.


Emmanuel Plantec

Associate of LLF Ltd, Emmanuel is a Fellow of the Fédération Française des Actuaires (France) and a member of the International Actuarial Association.

Positions Held in the Life Assurance Industry:

Emmanuel worked several years in Paris for one the "big five" consultancy practise; where he developed his insurance and audit skills through many projects completed successfully for prestigious clients.
Before joining LLF, Emmanuel was working for the biggest pension provider in France where he was technically responsible for their main branch (£4 bn premium and £30 bn under management), covering anything from the calculation of the reserves and of the embedded values to the specification of the systems.
